We are excited to announce that Platinum Pro Construction has taken home two wins at this year’s Master Builders Awards!
We had three projects we knew we wanted to submit for the 2023 Tasmanian Master Builder awards. The first was our build at 43 Fleetwood Drive, Spreyton, and then our development at 53 Fleetwood Drive, Spreyton - you might remember this one from our Home Hangout earlier in the year! Both took the win in their categories, and we couldn’t be more stoked as we loved these projects.
The third entrant was the beauty that is 96 Preservation Bay, which was a finalist in its category.

When we purchased the land at Spreyton, we knew this was the opportunity to showcase our work and demonstrate to clients that aesthetics doesn’t need to be compromised for budget. We noted that our clients’ tastes have shifted towards simplicity, stylish and easy-to-maintain homes with multi-purpose spaces. That’s exactly what these homes at Fleetwood Drive are. We created a plan to maximise space on these compact parcels of land and built affordable, functional, and timeless homes.
