About our plan names
Our plans are named after notable architects and builders from Tasmanian history. You might know some of them - our 4-bedroom Hunter design is named after Colonial architect Henry Hunter, designer of the Town Hall and the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery in Hobart. Other names are less familiar - our 3-bedroom Luttrell plan is named for A.E. Luttrell, the architect of Burnie’s United Methodist Church in the early 1900s.
