Pre-designed - but uniquely yours

Don’t worry – you won’t receive a cookie-cutter house that looks the same as everyone else on the block. You choose the colours, fittings, and stainless steel appliances to make your home truly yours. If you're unsure of your selections, our interior designers are on hand to provide their expert advice.

And if these house plans aren’t quite what you want, you can use them as a starting point to design your own unique home. If you’d like to view some of our previous projects, head here.

We’ll discuss and work with your ideas and requirements – and deliver a beautiful, functional home for you and your family!

About our plan names

Our plans are named after notable architects and builders from Tasmanian history. You might know some of them - our 4-bedroom Hunter design is named after Colonial architect Henry Hunter, designer of the Town Hall and the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery in Hobart. Other names are less familiar - our 3-bedroom Luttrell plan is named for A.E. Luttrell, the architect of Burnie’s United Methodist Church in the early 1900s.
