We will work with you to take all elements into account and predict any possible scenarios that might occur during the project. We start with an appointment to go over your goals for your construction. We will get to know you and your vision so that we are fully informed and we are all on the same page to start on your pre-construction plan. We will confirm your building objectives, as well as the key elements of every construction project: scope, budget, and schedule.
Defining the project scope
We create a specific description of the work to be completed during the project. Our staff work with you to create an outline of the project scope from start to finish and determine which equipment and materials will be needed for the job. Once created and agreed on, the project scope becomes our roadmap.
This way, you have a detailed insight into the entire process, and we have a clear direction for the project. And don’t worry - we make sure that you understand and are satisfied with every step of this plan.
Setting a budget
Once the project scope is confirmed, we’ll set an initial budget. This budget will compare the price that you have in mind with the exact price of the construction project. While the estimation will be prone to some changes, we’ll work together to reach an agreement on price and goals. As your trusted contractors, we’ll do everything we can to find the best solution for you.
Confirming your schedule
A key element of pre-planning is setting a schedule – giving us a goal to work towards, a timeline to prepare for the project, and clearly defining all responsibilities within our team. This will help to prevent delays and keep us on track.
